The Royal Ottawa Clubhouse, (see the Club History section) is one of the most magnificent to be found anywhere.

Ongoing renovations, (including one of our Lounge in 2017 and Dining Room in 2016) offer dining areas, our Main Dining Room, four lounges, private verandah space overlooking the 18th hole, and excellent smaller rooms for business meetings or mall groups. The Clubhouse is a non-smoking facility.

Our Clubhouse setting also provides you with a scenic backdrop of velvety green fairways.

We are pleased to offer you an environment where business casual dress is in effect for all functions.

Centrally located only 10 minutes from downtown Ottawa – Gatineau, yet far enough away from corporate distractions, The Royal is a perfect location for a corporate get away. Although The Royal Ottawa Golf Club is a private club, we are pleased to offer access to our facilities to non-members for meetings and special events.

Our meeting facilities include the Boardroom, which is the ideal room for groups of up to 14. Our Dining Room can accommodate groups of up to 170 people and is easily transformed from a traditional banquet facility, to classroom style, to exquisite cocktail reception area. The Founders Room is an ideal multi-purpose room for corporate meetings, private parties, or training sessions. Equipped with a full-size projection screen it has the capacity to accommodate 40 – 60 people, and can be set up to meet your specific requirements. Groups also have the option of our Sunroom or the casual Pine Room, should these meet their needs.

The Royal offers a variety of options for your meeting or reception. You can choose from 10 different venues within our Tudor-style building; with options including an elegant evening on the verandah; a corporate meeting in our Board Room; or a Cocktail reception in our formal Dining Room.

Our beautiful and unique Clubhouse at The Royal Ottawa Golf Club can provide you with both formal and casual dining services year-round, as well as menus tailored to the needs of your private event. The Royal prides itself on great service and excellent facilities, along with a classic and charming ambiance.
